  • Bones talking with her boss "Why is Booth the one that decides we go to Washington State? He gets the gun, the authority, and he is the one people like".
  • Booth lets on that he is on a $50 per day per Diem, Bones has no limit to hers. She says to Booth "I imagine I am treated differently than you because I have an indispensable skill."

Check out the competition, now that is someone who wants to eat your heart!"
  • Booth questions Bones in the morning why she wasn't at breakfast. He is checking on whether she slept with someone the night before. Bones provides no information. Booth is a little jealous.
  • Bones talking to Booth about Charlie at the end of the show. Bones: "His hips and thighs aer perfectly developed for strength and maneuverability" Booth pushes away his breakfast that Bones finally bought him and says "I'm done". Bones tries to feed him some of her cornflakes using her spoon, Booth declines.

In this episode we see a turn of events in the relationship between Bones and Booth. Up until this time Booth has taken no interest in Bones' personal life. All of a sudden he is getting jealous of her presumably sleeping with other men. Did Bones do this on purpose to test Booth or was she just taking Angela's advice to cut loose a little while she was away? At any rate Booth is now pursuing the relationship with Bones instead of the other way around that we have seen in the past episodes.
