at least one armenian character with a positive role in a US tv show..

The character's name Camille Saroyan (Saroyan is an armenian family name) might be a tribute to the armenian-american dramatist and author William Saroyan (1908-1981) who wrote a posthumous prose work, "Where The Bones Go".

Then comes my question to the Bones writers : are you planning soon to build something on the armenian background of Dr Camille Saroyan? That would be great.

Being armenian too, I'm really curious about Cam's last name as well. I remember watching bones for the first time and I pointing at the tv telling my aunt "her last name sounds Armenian!" So, if anyone has any info on that yea i'd appreciate knowing that too.

On wikipedia, her character profile starts our saying "Dr. Camille "Cam" Saroyan is a fictional armenian character in the American television series, Bones."

Though thats wikipedia, and we know how they roll. Most of the info can be doubted at times. Though, through out the series they haven't made any references to her or her last name being armenian.

Hope to get info on that soon though :)

I noticed Tamara's profile, and I was just wondering, wasn't Tamara in 'Men in Black II" I could have sworn she was the "Princess" who went off in the pizza spaceship at the end? Someone please correct me if I am wrong. And I thought she was real good in 'Diary of a Mad Black Woman' too. But the role of Dr. Soroyan seems to have been taylor made for her. She has all the expressions and mannerisms. In fact, they all seem to play off each other real real good. Which makes the show so mesmerizing to watch.

So the lady really is a "blue blood" when it comes to her acting career. I am a girl, but I still think she is very pretyty, as is Angela and Bones.
