(If triplets, the third will be another girl – suggest the name hope liberty for her - both virtues and symbolizes the hope the children represent for the future and the hope that booth will recover). Brennan will probably select the sex of the children using in-vitro fertilization, to ensure she uses only healthy embryos free of genetic defects. And hey, she's a squint and she loves her science! I figure the kid(s) will be Brennans unless she and Booth are shacking up at the time of the birth. If they are co-habitating, then I think Brennan-Booth is the most likely. Also although Brynne is pretty, I think Brynne Brennan is a bit odd - like naming your kid John Johnson - kind of asking for them to be beat up at recess - or "carried around like a monkey". I also think it would be a bit strange to name a new child after a half sibling come on guys would you want your brother's/sister's first name as your middle name? Yech - I wouldn't.
