  • Booth shows interest in Brennan's Halloween costume.

  • Booth and Bones look after a victim's baby together.

saddle 		Death in the Saddle (303)
  • Booth describes the fetish club as "crappy sex" and Bones agrees with him.

intern 		Intern in the Incinerator (306)
  • Booth and Brennan have a conversation while drinking some shots.

boy 		Boy in the Time Capsule (307)
  • Booth gives Brennan a brainy Smurf, because, though she liked Smurfette better, Booth thinks that one is shallow and stupid, and she's better than that. He says to her, "You have your looks and a whole lot more."

  • Brennan kisses Booth's cheek after he agrees to not arrest Russ so he can see his step-daughter in the hospital.

kiss 		The Santa in the Slush (309)
  • Booth and Parker bring a Christmas tree for the Brennans, who are all together in one of the jail's trailers celebrating Christmas.
  • They kiss! But even when it's the result of Caroline bribing Brennan so she can spend a nice Christmas with her family, the kiss lasts longer than Caroline expected, leaving Brennan and Booth feeling a little awkward.

mud 		The Man in the Mud (310)
  • Booth and Brennan go with Sweets and his girlfriend to a pottery class. And they start a fight... with pots.

soil 		The Secret in the Soil (304)
  • At the end of this episode, they are in a session w/ Sweets, and both try to deny a "deep attachment" to each other. However, as the conversation progresses, you can see that they are more than "just partners".

  • Need I say more...

The Wannabe in the Weeds 		The Wannabe in the Weeds (314)
  • Before he's unfortunately shot, Booth and the rest of the team are watching Brennan sing, and Booth has the biggest smile on his face as he watches her .

The Pain in the Heart 		The Pain in the Heart (315)
  • At the end, after everything is discovered about Zack, the team is going through a box of favorite things they had each given him. Everyone is able to find something expect Brennan, and obviously upset, she leaves the room. Booth follows her and begins reading her the letter Zack saved offering him the post as her intern. Booth then says to her, "I think you gave him something great Bones.", and she rests her head on his shoulder.

The Widow's Son in the Windshield (301)
  • When Booth and Brennan go into the vault and Booth thinks there's going to be an explosion, he knocks her to the ground with him on top to shield her from a possible blast!
  • When Zack returns from Iraq, Brennan tells Booth she's ready return to the field with him. Surprised, Booth (like a kid on Christmas morning) gets a huge smile on his face and practically jumps from his desk chair to get back to work with her.

Player Under Pressure (311)
  • During the episode, Bones angers Booth when she implies that adults who enjoy sports are stunted adolescents, practicing their battle skills and pretending to be warriors. Obviously, Booth takes this to include him, but at the end, Bones explains that she never meant him, and says "You don't play at being a warrior, you ARE a warrior everyday."
